Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients, understanding their event needs, budget, and vision from initial inquiry through event completion.

• Coordinate with kitchen staff, delivery teams, and vendors to ensure all aspects of the event are executed flawlessly.
• Manage event timelines, ensuring all deadlines are met and communications are timely and clear.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the planning or execution phases of an event.
• Maintain accurate client records and event details in the CRM system.

Requirements
