About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced Remote Chemical Process Consultant to provide expert advice and solutions to various chemical manufacturing clients. In this role, you will leverage your deep understanding of chemical engineering principles to analyze client processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure regulatory compliance. This is a fully remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work on diverse projects without geographical constraints. You will act as a key advisor, helping clients overcome complex technical challenges and achieve their operational goals through innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote process audits and performance analyses for client facilities.

• Develop tailored recommendations for process optimization, debottlenecking, and energy efficiency improvements.

• Provide expert guidance on process safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives.

• Assist clients in selecting and implementing appropriate technologies and equipment.

• Prepare detailed technical reports, feasibility studies, and project proposals.

• Offer virtual training and support to client engineering and operations teams.

Requirements

• Master's degree or PhD in Chemical Engineering .

• 10+ years of experience in chemical process engineering, with a strong track record in consulting or advising.

• Expertise in process simulation, modeling, and data analytics tools.

• In-depth knowledge of chemical manufacturing best practices, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

• Proven ability to manage projects and client relationships remotely.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong presentation capabilities.
