Requirements:

Must-have:

• 3-5 years backend experience shipping to production
• Working knowledge of Microservices, DDD, TDD, Event-Driven Architecture, Clean Architecture - you've used them, not just read about them
• Familiarity with CQRS, Saga, Circuit Breaker - enough to follow a senior's lead and contribute meaningfully
• Strong software fundamentals - you can reason about complexity, failure, and trade-offs
• Comfortable in at least one backend language and genuinely willing to learn others
• You ask good questions and don't disappear when stuck

Nice-to-have:

• Frontend skills (React/Next.js or similar) - full-slice contributors are highly valued
• Any exposure to LLMs, RAG, or agent frameworks
• Experience with cloud platforms, containers, CI/CD
• A side project or contribution that shows curiosity
