About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management within the technology sector, with significant remote work experience.
• Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), and DevOps principles.
• Experience managing operational aspects of software development and deployment.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills for remote collaboration.
• Familiarity with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL.
