Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development and optimization of complex chemical processes, focusing on efficiency, safety, and environmental impact.
• Conduct in-depth process analysis, identify bottlenecks, and implement data-driven solutions for improvement.
• Design and oversee pilot plant studies and scale-up activities, ensuring successful technology transfer.
• Develop comprehensive technical documentation, including process flow diagrams, P&IDs, and HAZOP studies.
• Provide expert technical support and mentorship to engineering and operations teams globally through virtual channels.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and methodologies in chemical engineering, proposing their strategic integration.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering or a related field with a strong focus on process development.
• Over 10 years of hands-on experience in chemical process design, optimization, and scale-up.
• Expertise in process simulation software (e.g., Aspen HYSYS, PRO/II) and advanced analytical techniques.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex R&D and process improvement projects.
• Exceptional problem-solving skills and a strategic approach to technical challenges.
• Superior written and verbal communication skills for effective remote collaboration.
