Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage all aspects of the inbound and outbound logistics operations, ensuring timely and accurate shipment processing.
• Develop and implement optimized transportation strategies to reduce costs and improve delivery performance.
• Coordinate with carriers, suppliers, and customers to resolve logistical issues and ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and manage warehouse operations data through our advanced logistics management systems.
• Analyze logistics data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process improvement.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant transportation regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics coordination or supply chain management.
• Proven track record of managing international and domestic shipments effectively.
• Proficiency in using logistics software and transportation management systems (TMS).
• Strong understanding of supply chain principles, warehousing, and inventory management.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment.
