About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead critical projects in a fully remote capacity, supporting operations based in Mahikeng, North West . This role requires a self-driven individual capable of managing complex projects entirely through virtual collaboration tools and methodologies. You will be responsible for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of projects, ensuring seamless communication and coordination across geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle management of projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, time, and budget constraints, all in a remote setting.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, define project scope, set milestones, and manage resources effectively across virtual teams.
• Utilize project management software and collaboration tools to track progress, manage tasks, and facilitate communication among remote team members and stakeholders.
• Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing solutions to maintain project momentum.
• Facilitate effective virtual communication, run remote meetings, and ensure clear documentation and reporting for all project activities.
• Foster a collaborative and productive remote work environment, promoting team cohesion and accountability.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in project management, with at least 3 years successfully managing projects in a 100% remote environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field; PMP or equivalent certification is required.
• Proven expertise in utilizing a wide range of remote collaboration and project management tools (e.g., Zoom, Slack, Asana, Jira, Microsoft Teams).
• Exceptional organizational skills, self-discipline, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively without direct supervision.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, tailored for virtual interactions.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate distributed teams to achieve project goals.
