Key Responsibilities:
Work with teams to understand current processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI improvements. Core benefits including medical, dental, vision, and matching 401K. Help define and evaluate use cases for automation and AI, ensuring they align with business goals.
Translate business needs into clear and simple requirements, including workflows and data needs. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience with 2–4 years of Business Analyst experience. Exposure to automation, workflow improvement, or AI-related projects.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills with Agile experience. Great compensation package and bonus plan. Flexible work environment with remote capability and flexible time off.
