Capture Manager (Fully Remote)

• Oversee bid strategies, pricing, teaming, and proposal strategies from opportunity to award.
• Provide market insights and lead Readiness to Win process and executive reviews.
• Drive proposal themes, messaging, differentiation, and innovation.

Qualifications:

• BS/BA in engineering or earth science plus 10 years of experience, including 2 years of leadership.
• US citizenship required; must reside in mainland USA.
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and analytical skills.
