Additional Information:
• This is a fully remote, on-call position requiring local presence in southern/central California.
• Must be willing to temporarily relocate to desert regions based on assignment.

• Conduct focused burrowing owl surveys, passive relocation, and general wildlife surveys.
• Support project execution with pre-construction surveys, construction monitoring, and compliance oversight.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in biology or related field with 4+ years desert tortoise experience.
• Valid US driver's license and authorization to work in US.
• Prior consulting experience and 10(A)(1)(a) permit preferred.
