About the Role

Our client is seeking a proactive and independent Field Sales Representative to drive sales growth in the Richards Bay region, with the flexibility of a remote-first operational approach for administrative tasks. While you will be responsible for engaging with clients face-to-face in the field, your back-office operations, reporting, and communication will be managed remotely. This role is ideal for an individual who enjoys the autonomy of managing their own schedule, building relationships within a specific geographic area, and representing our client's products and services with enthusiasm and professionalism. You will be a key player in expanding our client's market presence through dedicated client engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute a territory sales strategy to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings with potential and existing clients to present product solutions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their evolving needs.
• Generate new business opportunities through effective prospecting and networking within the territory.
• Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing the deal, with remote administrative support.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in a field sales or outside sales capacity.
• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage a sales territory independently and effectively.
• Proficiency in using CRM software for tracking sales activities and customer data.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for field visits.
