Hallo bei Sungrow Deutschland! We're excited to introduce a role at the heart of our partnerships: the Customer Success Manager - Germany.
Curious what this is all about? Let's dive right in:

• Build and nurture trusted, long-term relationships with our customers and partners across Germany.
• Accelerate the adoption of our clean-energy solutions, from PV inverters to energy storage systems, by making sure our customers get the most out of what we offer.
• Be the go-to person for our German customers, with a proactive "Yes, we can" attitude.
• Spot new opportunities to grow partnerships and bring your commercial mindset to every conversation.
• Work independently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and keep customer needs moving forward.
• Visit customers and partners regularly across Germany, while enjoying the flexibility of a home-office based setup.

Your profile

All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this:

• Around 2 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, ideally with knowledge of the German market.
• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, or comparable technical or business studies.
• Strong communication and commercial skills, paired with a proactive, hands-on mindset.
• The ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Confident use of Microsoft Office, with CRM knowledge as a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly within Germany and occasionally across the DACH region; a valid driving licence (class B).
• German and English at C1 level.
