About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze large datasets related to telecom network performance, customer usage, and service quality.
• Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and visualizations to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to provide insights and recommendations for service improvement.
• Collaborate with engineering and business teams to define data requirements and analytical approaches.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across various data sources.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Analyst , preferably within the telecommunications industry.
• Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Familiarity with statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills suitable for a remote working environment.
