About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Remote Real Estate Acquisitions Specialist to drive property acquisition strategies from the comfort of their home office. This critical role focuses on identifying, analyzing, and securing profitable real estate investment opportunities across various markets, primarily focusing on growth areas relevant to our client's investment thesis. You will be instrumental in sourcing deals, conducting due diligence, and negotiating purchase agreements, contributing directly to the expansion of our client's real estate portfolio. This position requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of real estate investment principles and excellent remote collaboration skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential real estate investment opportunities through various channels, including off-market deals, broker relationships, and online platforms.
• Conduct thorough financial analysis, including cash flow projections, ROI calculations, and market comparables for potential acquisitions.
• Perform comprehensive due diligence, including reviewing legal documents, zoning, environmental reports, and title searches.
• Negotiate purchase prices, terms, and conditions with property owners and their representatives.
• Prepare detailed investment proposals and presentations for senior management.
• Maintain strong relationships with real estate brokers, investors, and other industry contacts nationwide.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate acquisitions, investment analysis, or a related field.
• Proven track record of successfully sourcing and closing real estate deals.
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, investment strategies, and market analysis.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills, particularly in a remote setting.
• Proficiency with financial modeling software and real estate databases.
• Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
