About the Role

Our client, a global leader in online language education, is seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Online English Language Tutors (ESL) for a fully remote position. You will conduct engaging online lessons, focusing on conversational fluency, grammar, pronunciation, and vocabulary development. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective online English as a Second Language (ESL) lessons to learners of various ages and proficiency levels.
• Develop personalized lesson plans based on student needs, goals, and learning styles.
• Utilize interactive online tools, multimedia resources, and engaging activities to facilitate learning.
• Provide constructive feedback on pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, and conversational skills.
• Monitor student progress and provide regular reports on achievements and areas for improvement.
• Foster a positive, encouraging, and motivating learning environment.
• Maintain clear and timely communication with students and the support team.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development sessions.
• Manage online lesson schedules and student bookings efficiently.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field is preferred.
• TEFL, TESOL, CELTA, or equivalent certification in teaching English as a foreign language.
• Proven experience teaching English as a Second Language, preferably online.
• Native or near-native proficiency in English (C1/C2 level).
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with online teaching platforms (e.g., Zoom, Skype) and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a suitable home office setup.
• Self-motivated, punctual, and able to manage a flexible schedule.
• Ability to adapt teaching methods to diverse student backgrounds and learning styles.
