About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Remote Hospitality Operations Coordinator to support their expanding portfolio of properties from anywhere. This is a fully remote position focused on streamlining operational processes, coordinating between property management teams and central support, and ensuring the consistent delivery of high-quality guest experiences across all locations. You will play a key role in enhancing operational efficiency, managing cross-functional communication, and implementing best practices in a virtual setting. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of hospitality operations, and the ability to manage tasks independently in a remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate communication between remote property managers, vendors, and internal departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and maintain operational documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials for remote teams.
• Monitor operational performance metrics across properties, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
• Assist in the implementation of new technologies and systems to enhance operational efficiency and guest satisfaction remotely.
• Manage project timelines and deliverables for operational initiatives, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Provide virtual support to property teams for operational queries, troubleshooting, and process guidance.

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality operations, hotel management, or a related field, with a strong understanding of operational workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fully remote setting, with excellent time management and self-discipline.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools, communication platforms (e.g., Slack, Teams), and standard office software.
• Experience with property management systems (PMS) and other hospitality technology is a plus.
• A proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges in a virtual environment.
