About the Role

Our client is looking for a strategic and data-driven Remote Revenue Manager to optimize revenue generation for their properties located across various regions. This role is fully remote, allowing you to leverage your expertise from anywhere. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective pricing and inventory strategies to maximize occupancy and average daily rate (ADR). Utilizing advanced analytics and market insights, you will drive profitable revenue growth. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, possesses strong forecasting skills, and thrives in a self-directed, remote work environment, contributing to strategic decision-making from afar.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute dynamic pricing and inventory management strategies across all distribution channels.
• Conduct market analysis, competitor research, and demand forecasting to identify revenue opportunities and risks.
• Monitor booking pace, occupancy levels, and market trends, making timely adjustments to pricing and availability.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to align revenue strategies with overall business goals.
• Prepare regular reports on revenue performance, market share, and key performance indicators (KPIs) for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in revenue management, preferably within the hotel or travel industry.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with expertise in data analysis and reporting tools.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems (RMS) and property management systems (PMS).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex strategies clearly in a remote setting.
