About the Role

Our client is looking for an experienced Remote Client Success Manager to foster strong relationships with their customer base. In this fully remote role, you will be dedicated to ensuring clients achieve their desired outcomes while using our client's products or services. You will act as a trusted advisor, proactively engaging clients, understanding their business needs, and driving adoption and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with a portfolio of assigned clients.
• Understand client business objectives and ensure they are met through effective use of our client's solutions.
• Conduct regular check-ins, business reviews, and provide proactive guidance to clients.
• Identify opportunities for client growth and upsell/cross-sell relevant services.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client escalations and ensure timely resolution.

Requirements

• Proven experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar client-facing role.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong understanding of customer relationship management and customer success principles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts effectively in a remote environment.
• Experience with CRM software and success management platforms is highly desirable.
