About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and innovative Remote Industrial Process Optimization Specialist to drive efficiency improvements across their global operations. This fully remote position allows you to leverage your expertise from anywhere, focusing on transforming complex industrial processes. You will be responsible for analyzing existing systems, identifying key areas for optimization, and implementing data-driven solutions using advanced Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analyses of industrial processes to identify opportunities for optimization in efficiency, cost, and quality.
• Develop and implement strategic process improvement plans leveraging Lean, Six Sigma, and other advanced methodologies.
• Design and model optimal workflows, supply chains, and production systems.
• Lead virtual teams and stakeholders through change management processes to ensure successful adoption of improvements.
• Utilize data analytics, simulation, and statistical tools to support decision-making and validate solutions.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies and best practices in industrial engineering and process optimization.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering , Operations Research, or a related field.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, focusing specifically on process optimization.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and implementing complex optimization projects, preferably in a remote setting.
• Expertise in Lean Manufacturing , Six Sigma (Master Black Belt preferred), and continuous improvement frameworks.
• Advanced proficiency in process simulation software, statistical analysis packages, and data visualization tools.
• Exceptional remote collaboration, communication, and project management skills.
