About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and strategic Remote Catering Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end delivery of their catering services, working entirely remotely. This senior role is responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, maintaining quality standards, and driving profitability across all catering projects. You will lead and manage dispersed teams, optimize processes, and implement best practices to deliver exceptional client experiences. This is a critical leadership position for a seasoned operations professional with a strong background in the food and beverage or hospitality sectors.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day catering operations, ensuring seamless execution of all events from initial booking to post-event follow-up.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service quality.
• Manage, mentor, and motivate remote teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.
• Ensure strict adherence to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations across all operational aspects.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in catering or hospitality operations management, with significant experience in remote team leadership.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex operations, optimizing processes, and driving profitability.
• Strong understanding of food safety standards, menu costing, and inventory management.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in using operational management software and digital collaboration tools.
