About the Role

Our client is seeking a dedicated Remote Management Consultant focused on Customer Experience (CX) to join their distributed team, servicing clients including those in Paarl. You will help organizations design and implement strategies that enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience across all touchpoints. This role requires a deep understanding of customer journey mapping, service design, and the impact of digital tools on customer interactions. As a remote consultant, you will excel at virtual collaboration, delivering expert advice and actionable plans to transform client relationships and drive business growth through superior customer engagement, all while working from your home office.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze current customer journeys and identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.
• Design and recommend strategies for enhancing customer experience across digital and physical channels.
• Develop customer segmentation, personalization, and loyalty programs.
• Advise on technology solutions that support customer engagement and service delivery.
• Facilitate virtual workshops to co-create CX strategies with client teams.
• Measure and report on the impact of CX initiatives on customer satisfaction and business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in customer experience strategy, service design, or management consulting with a CX focus.
• Proven ability to map customer journeys, conduct user research, and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong understanding of CX best practices, metrics (e.g., NPS, CSAT), and relevant technologies.
• Excellent virtual communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working independently and managing projects remotely.
