About the Role

Our client is actively seeking a motivated and results-driven Remote Insurance Sales Representative to join their expanding national team. You will be responsible for generating leads, educating potential customers on our client's comprehensive insurance products, and closing sales to meet and exceed targets. Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business leads through various channels, including online prospecting and referrals.

• Conduct needs assessments with potential clients to understand their insurance requirements.

• Present and explain insurance policy options clearly and concisely, highlighting benefits and features.

• Guide clients through the application process and ensure accurate completion of all necessary documentation.

• Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Provide excellent post-sale customer service to ensure client retention and satisfaction.

Requirements

• Demonstrated success in a sales role , preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.

• Proficiency with CRM software and virtual meeting platforms.

• A strong understanding of insurance products or the willingness to undergo comprehensive training.

• Must have a reliable internet connection and a dedicated home office setup.
