About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and seasoned Logistics & Supply Chain Manager to lead their operations on a fully remote basis. This executive role requires a visionary leader to design, implement, and optimize the company's end-to-end supply chain strategy. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of logistics, procurement, inventory, and distribution to drive efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction. This is a critical leadership position for an experienced professional looking to make a significant impact from a remote work setup.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive supply chain strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Oversee all logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution management.
  • Manage procurement processes, supplier relationships, and contract negotiations to ensure optimal sourcing.
  • Implement advanced inventory management techniques to minimize holding costs and ensure product availability.
  • Analyze supply chain performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and mentor a dispersed team of logistics and supply chain professionals.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience (10+ years) in logistics and supply chain management , with a proven track record of success.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategic supply chain solutions.
  • Strong understanding of global logistics, procurement best practices , and inventory control.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and ERP systems .
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
