What You'll Do:

• Own the German market: decide which partners to go after and how to win them.
• Sign deals that move the needle by turning partnerships into acquisition channels.
• Design referral programs, co-marketing, and integrations that measurably drive new customers.

What We're Looking For:

• Native-level German and professional fluent English.
• 3-5 years in partnerships, business development, or a related commercial role.
• A hunter's mindset with strong commercial judgment and ability to thrive autonomously.
