About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct remote diagnostics and troubleshooting of aircraft systems and components using advanced software.

• Provide remote technical guidance and support to on-site maintenance teams during scheduled and unscheduled maintenance events.
• Collaborate with engineering and design teams to develop and implement improved maintenance procedures.
• Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of all maintenance activities and findings within the company's asset management system.
• Identify recurring technical issues and propose long-term solutions to enhance aircraft reliability and performance.

Requirements

• Valid Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) license or equivalent certification.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance, with a strong understanding of various aircraft types.
• Proficiency in utilizing remote diagnostic software, EAM/CMMS systems, and digital documentation platforms.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make sound judgments under pressure.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective collaboration with global teams.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
