About the Role

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and self-motivated Remote Architectural Drafter to join their distributed team. This role is fully remote, allowing you to contribute from anywhere while working on diverse architectural projects. You will be responsible for producing accurate and comprehensive technical drawings, construction documents, and 3D models under the guidance of project architects. Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections using CAD software.

• Develop and update 3D models and BIM components based on design changes.

• Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and building codes.

• Coordinate with architects and other consultants to resolve drafting discrepancies.

• Manage drawing revisions and maintain organized digital project files.

• Assist in the preparation of presentation materials and design documentation.

Requirements

• A relevant technical qualification or equivalent experience in architectural drafting.

• Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role, with a strong portfolio.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is essential.

• Understanding of architectural design principles and construction terminology.

• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

• Strong organizational and time management skills, essential for remote work.
