Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on network upgrades, new deployments, and capacity planning.
• Document network configurations, operational procedures, and incident reports thoroughly.
• Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership within the remote engineering team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience in telecommunications network design and management.
• Expertise in routing and switching protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF), MPLS, and network security technologies.
• Proven experience with wireless technologies (4G/5G) and IP networking.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects effectively in a remote environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
