About the Role

Our client is seeking a data-driven and analytical Remote Warehouse Operations Analyst to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of their warehousing functions. This role involves analyzing operational data, identifying bottlenecks, and developing data-backed strategies for process improvement, inventory management, and cost reduction, all within a remote work structure. Key Responsibilities

• Analyze warehouse operational data, including throughput, inventory accuracy, labor productivity, and costs.
• Develop performance metrics (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor warehouse efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and inefficiencies, proposing data-driven solutions for process optimization.
• Support the implementation of new warehouse technologies and systems.
• Collaborate with warehouse management to forecast staffing needs and optimize labor allocation. Prepare regular reports and presentations for management on warehouse performance and improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in warehouse operations analysis or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and business intelligence platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
• Excellent understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, and supply chain principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
