About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Remote Industrial Engineer to join their fully remote team. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational and production processes, identifying opportunities for optimization, cost reduction, and efficiency enhancement using advanced analytics.
• Design and develop scalable process improvements, utilizing lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive sustainable change.
• Create detailed project plans, manage timelines, and oversee the implementation of process improvements across multiple sites remotely.
• Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of implemented strategies and report on findings.
• Collaborate closely with on-site teams, management, and cross-functional departments through virtual communication channels.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and operational staff, providing expertise and support remotely.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in industrial engineering, with a strong emphasis on process optimization and project management.
• Expertise in lean manufacturing , Six Sigma (Black Belt preferred), and advanced statistical analysis.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects and drive results in a remote work environment.
• Excellent virtual communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with simulation software, data visualization tools, and remote collaboration platforms.
