About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support and guidance to on-site installation crews during solar panel system setups.
• Review installation plans and site assessments to ensure optimal placement and configuration of solar panels.
• Troubleshoot installation challenges and provide expert solutions to on-site teams via virtual communication channels.
• Conduct remote quality assurance checks and performance verifications of installed solar systems.
• Develop and refine installation best practices and training materials for field technicians.
• Maintain detailed digital records of remote consultations, support provided, and system performance data.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience in solar panel installation and system design.
• Strong understanding of photovoltaic systems, grid-tied and off-grid configurations.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information remotely.
• Proficiency with remote collaboration tools and diagnostic software.
• Ability to interpret site plans, electrical diagrams, and building codes related to solar installations.
• Certification in solar installation or a related field is advantageous.
