About the Role

Our client is seeking an experienced and highly organized Remote Insurance Operations Manager to oversee and optimize their operational functions. This pivotal, fully remote role requires a leader capable of managing day-to-day operations, improving process efficiency, and ensuring seamless service delivery to clients and stakeholders. You will be instrumental in streamlining workflows, managing remote teams, and implementing best practices to enhance overall operational performance and customer satisfaction, working from anywhere within South Africa.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the daily operations of the insurance business, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in operations management, preferably within the insurance industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage remote teams effectively.
• Strong understanding of insurance operations, processes, and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and strategic planning skills.
