About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans for key categories of spend.
• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, ensuring they meet quality and ethical standards.

• Manage supplier performance through regular reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a focus on strategic sourcing.
• Demonstrated success in leading high-impact sourcing projects and complex negotiations.
• Proven ability to manage procurement activities effectively in a remote environment.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills, vital for remote collaboration.
