Legal Recruiting Associates (Remote – South Africa)

BCG Attorney Search – the premier legal recruiting firm for America’s top law firms – is expanding our global team and seeking ambitious, high‑communication professionals in South Africa to help top attorneys achieve career success.

This is an exciting opportunity to work remotely, develop high‑value client relationship skills, and earn significant performance‑based commissions in addition to a stable base salary.

What You’ll Do

• Speak with attorneys across the United States about their backgrounds and career goals
• Present appropriate job opportunities and help candidates get interviews
• Manage each candidate’s progress through the interview and hiring process
• Schedule calls with law firms and follow up consistently to move processes forward
• Maintain accurate notes and progress updates in our CRM
• Represent BCG’s high‑service brand with professionalism and polished communication

Who Thrives in This Role

• Comfortable working U.S. business hours

• Client relationship management or customer support experience
• BPO/call center experience with international clients
• Strong English writing and professional email communication skills

(Training provided – legal knowledge not required)

• Base salary + uncapped commission

Top performers in this role regularly earn well above expected market compensation in South Africa due to U.S. placement commissions.
