About the Role

Our client is looking for an organized and proactive Graduate Project Coordinator to join their team in a fully remote capacity, supporting key initiatives. This role is designed for recent graduates eager to gain hands-on experience in project management. You will assist project managers in planning, executing, and monitoring projects, ensuring they stay on track, within scope, and on budget. We seek individuals with excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail, who are adept at managing multiple tasks and collaborating effectively in a virtual environment. Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to project managers, including scheduling meetings and preparing project documentation.

• Assist in tracking project progress, milestones, and deliverables using project management software.

• Help coordinate project activities and communications among team members and stakeholders.

• Maintain project-related records, such as meeting minutes and status reports.

• Support the identification and resolution of project risks and issues in a remote setting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
