About the Role

You will be responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing a wide array of supplies, ensuring cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery. Key Responsibilities

• Manage the sourcing and purchasing of various operational supplies, ensuring adherence to budget and quality standards.
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers, negotiating favorable terms, pricing, and delivery agreements.
• Process purchase orders efficiently and maintain accurate records of all procurement activities.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to delivery, quality, or invoicing.
• Collaborate with internal departments to forecast supply needs and ensure adequate stock levels.
• Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices to identify cost-saving opportunities.
