Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Respond to and resolve helpdesk tickets in a timely and efficient manner.
• Install, configure, and maintain user workstations and peripherals.
• Assist with user account management and access permissions.
• Document technical procedures and troubleshooting steps for the knowledge base.
• Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a helpdesk or IT support role, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, macOS) and common office applications.
• Experience with remote support tools and ticketing systems.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose technical issues remotely.
• Effective communication and customer service skills for remote interaction.
• Relevant IT certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+) are highly desirable.
