About the Role

Our client is seeking a skilled and self-motivated Remote Helpdesk Support Specialist to join their fully virtual IT team. Key Responsibilities

• Provide remote technical assistance to end-users via phone, email, chat, and remote desktop tools.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues for internal staff.
• Install, configure, and update software and operating systems remotely.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and other systems.
• Document support activities, solutions, and troubleshooting steps in the IT ticketing system.
• Assist with the deployment and management of IT assets.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, preferably in a remote capacity.
• Strong understanding of Windows and macOS operating systems, Microsoft Office Suite, and common business applications.
• Proficiency in network troubleshooting (TCP/IP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
• Experience with remote support tools and IT ticketing systems is essential.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fully remote setting.
