About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics management , supply chain operations, or a related field, preferably with remote team leadership.
• Strong understanding of delivery operations , fleet management, and route optimization software.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis and performance metric tracking.
• Ability to manage and motivate a remote workforce effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
