About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the R&D efforts for new mechanical designs, from conceptualization to proof-of-concept.

• Collaborate virtually with cross-functional teams, including software, hardware, and product management.

Requirements

• Master's or Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical design and R&D, with a focus on innovation.
• Expertise in advanced simulation tools (FEA, CFD) and prototyping methodologies.
• Proven track record of developing and bringing novel mechanical concepts to market.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills for a remote setting.
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles and intellectual property.
