About the Role

Our client is seeking a meticulous and analytical Supply Chain Analyst to join their fully remote team, supporting their extensive FMCG operations. This role is critical in optimizing logistics, inventory management, and overall supply chain efficiency across the business. You will leverage data to identify areas for improvement, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure the seamless flow of goods from production to consumers. Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and cost-saving opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain inventory management systems to optimize stock levels and minimize waste.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics, warehousing, and transportation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on supply chain performance for management review.
  • Support the implementation of new supply chain technologies and processes.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Supply Chain Analyst or in a similar analytical role within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and inventory management best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Analytics, or a related field.
