About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with community leaders, partner organizations, and beneficiaries to ensure program relevance and effectiveness.
• Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Prepare regular reports on program performance, impact, and financial status for senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Social Sciences, Public Administration, Development Studies). Master's degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in program management, preferably within the non-profit or social sector.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects with measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional leadership, team management, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and virtual collaboration tools.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities.
