About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly analytical and insightful E-commerce Analyst to join their team in a fully remote capacity. This role is essential for driving data-informed decision-making across all facets of the online business. You will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets related to website performance, customer behavior, sales trends, and marketing campaign effectiveness. The ideal candidate possesses a strong quantitative aptitude, excellent data visualization skills, and the ability to translate data into actionable business strategies for enhanced e-commerce performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets related to e-commerce performance , customer behavior, and marketing campaigns.
• Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Identify trends, patterns, and insights within the data to inform strategic decisions regarding website optimization, marketing spend, and customer segmentation.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of website traffic, conversion rates, customer lifetime value, and A/B test results.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, product, operations) to provide data-driven recommendations for improving customer experience and driving revenue growth.
• Stay current with industry best practices in data analysis and e-commerce analytics tools.

Requirements

• Proven experience as an E-commerce Analyst , Data Analyst, or Business Intelligence Analyst.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools such as SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
• Experience with web analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics).
• Excellent quantitative and analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to communicate complex data findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage projects in a remote environment.
